All equipment is inspected before dispatch and again on return. Lessees are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear that occurs during the rental period. Charges are assessed according to the severity of the damage, as outlined below. Please report any pre-existing damage before use to avoid being held liable for it.

Equipment must be returned by the agreed time. A short grace period applies before late fees start — after that, an hourly fee is charged for every hour (or part of an hour) the equipment remains outstanding. Repeated late returns may affect your ability to book with us again.
