Switch on Event Management, Venue Management, Equipment, Artist or Provider, and that role gets its own private scoreboard. No-shows, cancellations, late deliveries and poor reviews cost points — reviews above 3 stars earn them back.

Four bands, one glance

Your score reads as Good standing (7–10), Needs attention (4–6), At risk (1–3) or Suspended (0). Your dashboard only interrupts you when a role drops below 7.

Zero pauses one role, not you

Reach 0 and only that role is suspended for two months — every other role you hold carries on untouched. When the two months are up, it reactivates automatically, reset to 10/10.
