Direct Ticket Sales (POS)

With the Direct Sales role, you can sell tickets at the door from More → Sell Tickets. Pick the event, identify the buyer, choose ticket types and quantities, and submit.

Identifying the Buyer

Scan the buyer's person QR code, or type their email or WhatsApp number. Identifying them means the tickets land in their account and they get them by email and in the app, instead of holding loose paper.

Taking the Sale

Choose a delivery method — how the tickets reach the buyer — and add a note if you need to. Submitting shows you the order number, the customer, the ticket count, the total, and whether the tickets were sent successfully. If they weren't, you can resend them from the order on the web dashboard.

Offline Sales

If you have no signal the sale is queued with a short local reference, so you can still complete the sale and keep the buyer moving. It posts automatically when you reconnect.

Each sale carries a one-time key, so tapping submit twice after an unclear failure can never sell or send the same tickets twice — the server recognises the repeat and returns the original sale.

Your Money

Sales totals, earnings and commission are summarised on the Dashboard under My Money, alongside the leads CRM and your targets if you use those.
