Transport & Fleet

If you run a delivery fleet, everything starts with your fleet profile. Open Transport from the Dashboard to reach your inbox, profile and vehicles.

Fleet Profile

Your profile holds the business name, contact phone, address, the extra-hands fee charged for help at pickup or drop-off, whether you offer same-day delivery, an optional flat same-day fee, and your refund/cancellation policy (fee percentage, the waiting window, and a customer-facing summary of both).

Publish the profile to start receiving delivery requests. Unpublishing takes it offline immediately and your listing stops appearing in search.

Vehicles

Under Vehicles, add each vehicle with its type, make, model, licence plate, load type, maximum load in kilograms, and the number of seats if it takes passengers.

A vehicle moves through draft → pending approval → active (or rejected), and can later be decommissioned. Only active, unexpired vehicles can be dispatched, and you're warned before a driver's licence expires because an expired one blocks dispatch.

Same-Day Pricing

With same-day delivery on, you can price by distance band — for example 0–10 km at R120, 10–50 km at R220, and anything beyond 50 km at a custom rate. Bands are applied in sort order, and the first one that covers the trip distance wins. If you'd rather keep it simple, set a single flat same-day fee on the fleet profile instead and skip the bands entirely.
