Points & Account Standing

Every role you hold on Informativ — Organizer, Venue Owner, Artist, Lessor (equipment), Provider, Vendor, and your base account itself — has its own points balance, starting at 10 out of 10 the moment you take on that role. You can see your current standing and a history of every point change from Dashboard → Profile → Standing. This is private to you — nobody else can see your points balance.

Why roles are scored separately

Your points are tracked per role, not as one combined score. Losing points as an Artist, for example, doesn't touch your standing as a Venue Owner or as a regular customer. Each role only reflects how you've conducted yourself in that specific capacity.

What costs points

Points are deducted when a role doesn't follow through on a commitment made through the platform. Depending on which roles you hold, this can include:

  • Cancelling confirmed bookings, especially repeatedly within a short window, or very close to the scheduled time;
  • Not showing up for a confirmed booking or performance, or arriving without notice;
  • An equipment owner not responding to a booking request in time, or delivering later than agreed;
  • A renter returning equipment damaged or not returning it at all;
  • Repeatedly declining collaboration requests as an artist;
  • Receiving a review below 3 stars from someone you did business with.

What earns points back

Receiving a review above 3 stars earns a point back on the relevant role, up to the starting maximum of 10. There's no other way to top up points early — they otherwise only recover through the reset described below.

Reaching zero

If a specific role's points reach 0, that role only is suspended for 2 months — you keep full use of every other role your account holds. After 2 months, the suspended role automatically resets to 10/10 and is reactivated with no action needed from you.

How this differs from a platform ban

This is separate from account suspension or termination for breaching our Terms of Service (for example fraud or abusive behaviour), which we can apply at any time regardless of your points balance. The points system specifically tracks day-to-day reliability — cancellations, no-shows, timeliness, and review outcomes — for each role you use.
