Informativ charges a flat monthly subscription, and the plan you pick decides whose payment keys take the money and what commission applies.
The Three Plans

- Starter — free, 10% commission
- Growth — R199/month, 5% commission
- Pro — Bring Your Own Keys — R399/month, 0% commission
Bring Your Own Keys
On Pro BYO you connect your own Yoco (secret key, plus an optional public key) and/or PayFast (Merchant ID, Merchant Key, and an optional Passphrase) under Payment Gateways.
Once a gateway is verified, buyer payments settle directly into your own Yoco or PayFast account and Informativ charges no per-sale commission — only the flat monthly subscription. Informativ never holds buyer funds in that mode.
Starter & Growth
On Starter and Growth we use Informativ's platform keys to take payment and pay you out weekly, minus the plan commission shown on the Subscriptions screen. The exact rate for your category is shown wherever revenue is credited to your account.
Switching or Cancelling
You can change plan at any time — the confirmation screen shows the price and commission before you commit, so nothing changes silently. If you cancel, you keep your benefits until the end of the period you've already paid for.
