Handling Delivery Requests

New delivery requests land in your Transport Inbox. Open one to see the pickup and drop-off addresses, the weight, what the item actually is, and a full price breakdown (base fee, extra-hands fee, total), plus payment status, any delivery notes, the scheduled window, the assigned driver, and where the request came from.

Where the requester added them, you'll also see stops (extra drop-off points), trip logs from the driver, and fuel purchases with their cost rolled up against the delivery.

Accept, Decline, Dispatch

  • Accept needs a vehicle β€” you pick which of your active vehicles takes the job.
  • Decline asks for a reason, which is sent to the requester so they know what happened and can rebook.
  • Once accepted, Dispatch from the same screen to hand the job to the driver.

Tracking

My Deliveries lists every delivery tied to your fleet, so you can follow each one from pending → accepted → dispatched → in-progress → completed without going back through the inbox.
