Buyers may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and provide instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Virtual and Downloadable products are not covered by this policy once the service has been rendered or a file has been downloaded.

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Downloadable products are non-refundable once at least one file has been downloaded; Virtual products are non-refundable once the service or appointment has been rendered.
